⚠️ IMPORTANT CAUTIONS
VOLUME: Chiptune synthesis is naturally aggressive. Use caution when using the CHORD arp mode as cumulative frequencies can be very loud. For your protection, the Master Volume is set to 25% by default.
FLASHING LIGHTS: This software includes a real-time CRT-style scope that fluctuates rapidly. If you are sensitive to flashing lights or have a history of photosensitive epilepsy, please use with caution.
PERFORMANCE: The high-quality Reverb (convolution-based) and rapid Evolution tracking can be CPU intensive. If you experience audio crackle, try reducing the EVO SPEED or using a smaller Room Size.
EXPERIMENTAL SONICS: Randomizing parameters can occasionally produce sharp resonant peaks or high-frequency glitches. Keep your monitoring volume at a moderate level while exploring the "Random All" feature.

🎮 How to Use
- Start & Stop: Use the transport button or Spacebar to trigger the engine.
- Randomize: Hit the 🎲 Random All button (or press R) to instantly roll a new sonic environment.
- Navigate: Switch between the Sequence / Synth, LFOs, and Mixer tabs to fine-tune your sound.
- Evolve: Toggle the 🧬 EVOLVE switch to let the parameters begin their autonomous drift.

The heart of the system is a "Drunken Walk" algorithm that mutates your patch as it plays.
- Physical Drift: Watch the sliders physically move as the engine nudges filters, levels, and modulation depths.
- Variable Speed: Set mutation rates from rapid 1/16th note glitches to slow, 8-bar atmospheric shifts.
- Locked Logic: Critical settings like Master Volume and LFO Targets are protected from mutation, keeping your core structure stable while the textures shift.
🌀 4-Unit LFO Matrix
Deep modulation is handled by a modular 4-unit grid.
- Modular Routing: Assign LFOs to a wide array of targets including PWM, Lead Filter, and individual channel Echo/Reverb sends.
- Visual Ghosts: Real-time cyan "ghost" indicators on every slider show exactly how the LFO is manipulating your parameters.
- Precision Sync: Rates are calibrated to the host BPM, ranging from 1/16th beats up to 4-measure cycles.
🎹 Dual Lead & Drum Logic
Choose how your melodies and rhythms are formed.
- Stochastic vs. Pattern: Switch between probability-based "Complexity" generation or a multi-mode Arpeggiator (UP, DOWN, RANDOM, CHORD, and more).
- Algorithmic Drums: A four-track sequencer featuring procedural Kick, Snare, rhythmic Hats, and a Clap engine with adjustable density.
🎨 Retro-Tech Aesthetic
Enjoy a polished, high-contrast neon interface with a high-performance CRT-style scope. The visualizer provides instant time-domain feedback on the master output, reflecting every filter sweep and volume swell in real-time.
